PRAYER ROOM

The Difference
"I got up early one morning and rushed right into the day.
I had so much to accomplish that I didn't have time to pray.
Problems just tumbled about me and heavier came each task.
`Why doesn't God help me?' I wondered. He answered, `You didn't ask.'
I wanted to see joy and beauty, but the day toiled on, gray and bleak;
I wondered why God didn't show me. He said, `But you didn't seek.'
I tried to come into God's presence; I used all my keys at the lock.
God gently and lovingly chided, `My child, you didn't knock.'
I woke up early this morning, and paused to pray before entering the day.
I had so much to accomplish that I had to take time to pray.

Our Father who art in Heaven
Hallowed be Thy name
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done
On earth as it is in Heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our debts
as we forgive our debtors
And lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil
For Thine is the Kingdom, the power and Glory, Forever

To Our Lady, Queen of Angels August Queen of Heaven!
Sovereign Mistress of the angels! Thou who from the beginning
hast received from God the power and mission to crush the head
of Satan ,we humbly beseech thee to send thy holy Legions,
that, under thy command and by thy power, they may pursue the
evil spirits, encounter them on every side, resist their bold
attacks and drive them hence into the abyss of eternal woe.

Amen.
